Job Opportunity: Operations Executive (12-Month FTC)

Recruit UK is seeking an Operations Executive to join the Service Management team within a dynamic Operations Department for a Wealth Management firm. In this role, you will bridge communication between clients, Operations, and the Front Office, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve service issues, ensure compliance, and improve processes.
• Provide updates, create dashboards, and lead performance meetings.
• Work with IT and Front Office to enhance service and support projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in wealth management or a relevant financial degree with work experience.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to push back and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent problem-solving and client service skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
