You will be responsible for 

- Attending the  Sub-fund Board meetings and communication to the Board, as well as coordination and production of materials of the Investment Manager’s Report for the Sub-Fund Board

- Contributing to investment allocation planning and decisions and ensure quarterly subscriptions are effectively deployed

- Oversight of redemption and subscription processes

- Overall management of administrator relationship including new investment onboarding, quarterly and annual reporting requirements

- Support on the operational aspects of potential expansion of the business to additional jurisdictions

- Support on onboarding of key distribution partners and ongoing operational support of such partners

Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in private equity or asset management, with an operational focus and a proven track record of success.

- Undergraduate degree with a history of strong academic performance.

- Knowledge of, and interest in, private markets and private markets funds

- Knowledge of the operations and ‘plumbing’ of the open-ended investment vehicles catering to retail / professional investors

Skills:

- Self-starter with exceptionally strong work ethic, who can handle projects from start to finish while balancing multiple, competing deadlines

- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills

- Comfortable with operational complexity with strong attention to detail

- Strong intellect; analytically minded

- Numerate; fluency in Microsoft Excel is a key requirement
