A PR agency are looking for a part time operations manager to join them. The role is 5 days in the office between 9am - 5.30pm and they are offering between £40-45k pro rata with nice benefits. They are currently based in the WE and looking for someone to be in the office 2 days a week and one from home. They are looking for someone who is proactive, personable and happy to go above and beyond!

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Management of small but busy office
  • Manage payroll questions
  • Liaise with outsourced IT companies
  • EA assistance to team
  • Ad hoc HR requets


WHO YOU ARE
A candidate with 4+ years of experience in a similar role where change and liaising with external stakeholders doesn’t phase you! They are looking for someone who is happy working within a dynamic and fast paced work setting where you will provide support in a varied and ever-changing environment.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years’ experience in a similar role and industry/start up
  • Pro active, hungry to learn and personable
  • A strong team player
  • Confident picking up new systems
  • Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure, with multiple priorities and to sometimes tight deadlines
  • Top notch communication skills


They are offering between £40-45k pro rata DOE, with nice healthcare, holiday allowance and pension contribution.
