Position: Responsible Individual and Operations Manager 
Location: Derbyshire  
Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 (depending upon experience and qualifications)

We are currently seeking a Responsible Individual/Operations Manager to join a growing organisation dedicated to providing exceptional residential care services for children and young people. 

The role: 
As the Responsible Individual and Operations Manager, you will hold a dual role encompassing leadership in regulatory compliance and operational management. You will be responsible for ensuring the well-being, safety, and development of children and young people residing in the residential care settings, while also managing the efficient operations of the services in Derby, initially across two homes (2 placement provision & 3 placement) provision.

Qualifications/Experience: 
  • Level 5 Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care 
  • Proven track record as a Registered Manager/Senior Manager within an Operations/Responsible Individual capacity 
  • UK Driving Licence
