Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Centre Manager to join their team. As a Centre Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high standards, and fostering strong client relationships.

A background in operations, facilities, hospitality and or luxury brands would be favourable but what is key is a high level of service delivery within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular client service reviews to maintain high service levels
  • Address client complaints promptly and effectively
  • Manage pre-move-in and pre-move-out meetings with clients, overseeing associated tasks and inventories
  • Take responsibility for revenue budgeting and conduct full reviews of profit and loss (P&L) statements
  • Oversee pre-billing checks, dilapidations, and deposit returns
  • Manage billing, debt chasing, and other financials with clients
  • Assess resources within the centre and ensure operational efficiencies
  • Conduct audits across health and safety, fire, and other risk assessments
  • Review and enhance all internal operational processes, continually assessing the centre and making recommendations for improvement
  • Learn and understand the terms and conditions of client contracts
  • Raise basic license agreements and service agreements on our client management system
  • Review facilities documentation and maintain accurate record-keeping
  • Report directly to the operations director on site performance and operational matters
  • Attend viewings from an operational perspective

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 5+ years of operational experience in a client-facing industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficient in H&S regulations and facilities management
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced operational environment, adapting quickly to changing demands
  • Comfortable with multitasking and flexibility, as no one day is the same
  • Desire to build a career in an environment that requires continual growth and learning
