The Role:

As an Operations Manager, you will report to Head of Timber Frames and oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production and quality targets are met within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate activities of manufacturing personnel.
• Achieve production metrics and minimise downtime.
• Optimise manufacturing processes for enhanced productivity.
• Ensure timely order fulfilment and adherence to operational standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a similar role.
• Ideally have at least 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of timber frame or roof truss manufacturing.
• Background in implementing effective manufacturing practices and lean principles.
• Ability to collaborate with design teams to optimise manufacturing and ensure timely delivery.
