As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the team and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring seamless management of our property portfolio.
• Lead a team administrators, and support staff.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry regulations.
• Ensure strong communication between all departments within the business
• Address and resolve any operational issues or client concerns promptly and effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes and performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in property/block management with a strong operational background.
• Comprehensive understanding of property management legislation and regulations.
• Great at using systems and implementing process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
