Operations Manager

Location: Walton-on-Thames

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Job Summary:

As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising our clients'  day-to-day operations. You’ll collaborate with various teams to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards. If you’re a proactive leader with excellent organizational skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of employees across different departments.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational enhancement and implement streamlined processes.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality standards and address any deviations promptly.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and stock control.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage operational budgets and optimise costs.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Vendor Relations: Collaborate with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on operational performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
