Excellent opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a rapidly growing business in West London, where you will play a key role from day one within the financial and data elements of the business.

This company deals with a high volume of PPI and compensation claims, being able to provide results for clients that most claims companies struggle to achieve. They are a very exciting, dynamic and growing business that now require a Operations Manager to work alongside the Operations Director to help them achieve their desired results and expansion plans.

In this role, you will manage a small team handling the remaining PPI cases, including a two-person call center. You'll support the growth of our Motor Finance section, eventually transitioning full-time to this area. As a representative to lenders, you will communicate our needs, follow up on cases outside SLA, and maintain strong relationships. Additionally, you'll disseminate lender information to various departments to ensure efficient customer case processing and ensure SLAs are met, addressing any issues as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail is crucial as well as a good level of IT skills, particularly proficiency in Excel and office-based programs, is essential. The candidate should have a flexible attitude to support other areas of the business, the ability to identify areas for service or training improvements, and ideally experience in handling financial consumer claims.

The Role:
