The role:

As Operations Manager, you will:

  • Optimise operations - Oversee warehousing, order fulfilment, transport and inventory management to drive efficiency and performance.
  • Enhance customer experience - Lead a high-performing customer service team, ensuring excellence at every touchpoint.
  • Drive strategy & improvement - Implement new processes, streamline workflows and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead & inspire - Develop and mentor teams, instilling accountability, ambition and a results-driven mindset.
  • Use data to deliver - Monitor KPIs, identify areas for improvement and drive measurable impact.

Proven leader - Experienced in operations management with a strong grasp of warehousing, logistics and supply chain.
