Job Role: M&E Operations Manager

Area: London

Salary: £120K - £130k

My client is looking for an Operations Manager to join the team working closely with the Division Director. You will be coving Healthcare, Life Science and Commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing various live projects ranging from £5 - £25k million
  • Oversee day-to-day M&E operations, ensuring all systems are running efficiently and safely.
  • Working with the project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team on complex mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Develop and manage the budget for the operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or safety.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in M&E operations
  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
