Description

• Oversee daily operations within the Manufacturing department circa 150 head count (4 direct reports)
• Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and drive growth.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organisational policies.
• Lead and motivate the team to meet organisational goals.
• Collaborate with senior management to set departmental targets.
• Implement cost-effective solutions to enhance profitability.
• Manage resources effectively to meet production targets.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the department.

Profile

A successful Operations Manager should have:

• A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (beneficial not essential)
• Proven experience in operations management within the FMCG manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
• A results-driven approach and the ability to work under pressure.
