To support with the company growth across Europe, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimise the manufacturing, logistics, and order processing operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Manage logistics, supply chain, and procurement to ensure smooth operations
• Supervise the back-office team handling customer orders and ERP data entry
• Lead and develop teams across production, logistics, and order processing
• Optimise internal processes and implement operational improvements
• Analyse KPIs and develop strategic action plans for continuous growth
• Support senior management in long-term production and logistics planning
• Ensure timely order fulfilment and excellent customer satisfaction

Your Profile

• Extensive experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics, or order processing
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics, or similar)
• Affinity for technical products, particularly in mechanics and electronics
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are beneficial
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe, especially to Germany and the Netherlands
