Operations Supervisor

My client is proud to be one of the leading hospitality businesses in the UK, recognised as one of the Best Places to Work in 2023! As they continue to expand, we are recruiting for a Operations/Duty Manager with a background in hospitality i.e. multi-activity experiences.

The Role:
We are on the hunt for an experienced duty manager/supervisor from the hospitality sector, your mission is to oversee daily operations of activities, will be the main point of contact and the face of the business for the entire experience of every customer. Your role will be based primarily around the activity floor and spectator areas/podium.

You Must Have:
* Supervisory/management experience, within the Leisure and Hospitality
* Enthusiastic and proactive
* The ability to lead, manage and motivate a team
* Approachable by customers and your team
* Be commutable to West London/Hammersmith/Acton

What you will be doing:
* Directly managing the day-to-day operation of the site
* Ensuring that safety remains at the forefront of all staff members working at the site
* Responsible for the brand standards at site
* Administration, including rotas, compliance with Health and Safety, recruitment, and training
* Finance - Working with the General Manager to achieve and exceed levels of profitability

This is a full-time position; shifts are based on 42.5 hours per week. Monday to Sunday, including weekends and late evenings. Flexibility is vital for this role.
