My client is a leading renewable energy company operating throughout the UK and overseas. They now have a vacancy in the North West for an Operations Technician to join their team. The successful Operations Technician will be ideally based in or close to Bolton, Warrington, Liverpool or close surrounding areas and will travel to customer sites carrying out the operation and routine planned maintenance of gas engines.

This is a fantastic opportunity working for an established and reputable company and will be suited to a candidate who has a technical aptitude and an interest in a career in the engineering field. Full training on the company’s products will be given along with gaining industry recognised qualifications including Gas Safe and 18th Edition.

Operations Technician Requirements:

  • Have some technical knowledge particularly around mechanical engineering.
  • Have an interest in a career in the engineering industry.
  • Ability to take part in a callout rota.
  • Flexible approach to travel.
  • Hold full UK driving licence.

Operations Technician Benefits:

  • Annual salary of £33,671 OTE £40K.
  • Monday to Friday - 40 hours.
