Optometrist – Swindon Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are delighted to be partnering with a leading provider of private clinical eye care services to recruit a dedicated Optometrist for their modern clinic in Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected organisation that is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting comprehensive eye examinations and clinical assessments
Carrying out pre- and post-operative consultations for patients undergoing laser eye or cataract surgery
Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, including ophthalmologists and clinical support staff
Ensuring the highest standards of patient care are consistently maintained
Supporting patients through their treatment journey with clear, compassionate communication
What We’re Looking For:
Fully qualified and GOC-registered Optometrist
Strong clinical decision-making and patient care skills
Previous experience within a refractive or private healthcare setting is desirable but not essential
A collaborative and professional approach with a genuine passion for improving patients’ lives
