Communications Manager £550 p/d outside IR35:

We are seeking a Communications Manager, to join an exciting client's team on a temporary basis. You will need to have proficient communication skills, someone who also has previous experience working on an oracle fusion programme. As a Communications Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering internal and external stakeholder engagement and communications to meet the needs of the Oracle Programme and to undertake these activities to support and embed changes being introduced across the company, including new systems, technology, processes and ways of working.


Key Responsibilities:

  • To design and develop comprehensive communications (to include all forms of communication channels including written and online) for the Oracle Programme
  • Collaborate with the Oracle Business Change team to understand any impact and create collateral to support clear communication of these to the relevant user groups, and to the broader operations.
  • Coordinate with the Comms & Engagement Lead and to integrate output actions from the CIA into the Communications & Engagement plan.
  • Collaborate closely with the Comms & Engagement Lead to identify and agree upon action items from the Change Impact Assessment, ensuring they are consistent with the overall Business Change Plan.
  • Contribute to and support delivery of the programme Communication and Engagement strategy and plans.
  • Design, create and deliver communications/ materials as required to support the programme.
  • Support all programme communications and engagement activity.


Essential Experience Required:

  • Experience in designing, creating and delivering communications to a range of stakeholders, including both corporate and operational stakeholder groups.
  • Experience of management stakeholders.
  • Experience working as a communications specialist in previous ERP implementations, preferably Oracle Cloud, is desirable.
  • Experience working within the public sector is desirable.


Essential Skills Required:

  • Confident communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills across a variety of traditional and digital media
  • Excellent verbal and written skills for clear and effective interaction.
  • Strong IT skills - confident in all Microsoft Office programmes.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about excellent customer service.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management skills
