We are currently looking for an Oracle Fusion Finance Specialist to join a well-known organisation in the Midlands. Our client is one of the most recognisable names in the UK FMCG sector. They have a forward-thinking, modernised culture with excellent progression and development opportunities available.

You will be integral to the project team, spearheading the implementation of the Oracle Fusion ERP system as a Functional Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of the core Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
• Project Management: Manage and coordinate finance-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Workshops and Design: Participate in familiarisation workshops, create and document design decisions, and support business impact assessments.

What You Will Bring:

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management) and best practices.
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
