We are seeking a dedicated Oracle Payroll Specialist to join our Accounting & Finance department. The specialist will be responsible for handling payroll processing and related tasks using Oracle systems in our London office.

Description

  • Processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner using Oracle systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and national payroll and tax standards.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports related to payroll.
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee payroll queries.
  • Participating in payroll system upgrades and testing.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll records.
  • Coordinating with HR department to ensure correct employee data.
  • Conducting internal audits of payroll accounts as needed.

Profile

A successful Oracle Payroll Specialist should have:

  • Oracle system implementation experience
  • A strong understanding of Oracle payroll systems.
  • Proficiency in payroll and tax standards.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
