Order Picker/Warehouse Operative - Nights
This is a temp to perm contract, all candidates have the potential to earn a permanent position within our client’s team. Upon gaining a contract you will have access to a wide range of benefits such as, bike to work scheme, cinema discounts, health & fitness benefits.

**Due to shift times and location, candidates must have their own means of transport**

Pay Rate: £12.50 up to 10pm, £15.63 from 10pm (increasing after 12 weeks to £13.84 and £17.30)

Job Type: Temp to perm

Location: Goldthorpe, S63

Hours: 8pm start, working until finish (usually between 7-9 hours long), on a monthly rota working any 5 over 7, so must be flexible to work weekends.

The Role:

  • This will involve working in a chiller, between 2 and 5 degrees so must be comfortable in chilled temperatures. As well as working with fresh produce in cases, so is very physically demanding.
  • Achieving daily pick rates/KPI's
  • Voice picking using a headset
  • Driving/operating a LLOP (low level order picker)
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Make sure products are secured, marked up correctly, and in the correct area for dispatch.
  • Full coaching and training is provided alongside and throughout of a 12 week structured training plan tailored to the department and the employee

The Candidate:

  • Must have experience within a warehouse or otherwise physically demanding environment
  • Good attitude towards work
  • Reliability
