Join Our Team as an Order Picker!

We are a leading warehouse and distribution centre in Banbury, Oxfordshire, and we're seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Order Pickers. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
" Efficiently pick and pack orders as per instructions using a voice pick headset.
" Read and interpret scanner instructions to locate products within the warehouse.
" Handle heavy lifting, up to 15kg, safely and effectively.
" Maintain high accuracy and speed in picking items to meet daily targets.
" Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
" High Numeracy: Strong numerical skills to quickly and accurately pick orders.
" Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a high-energy setting and meet deadlines.
" Heavy Lifting: Capable of safely lifting and moving heavy items, up to 15kg.
" Technological Proficiency: Comfortable using scanner devices and voice pick headsets.
" Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking.
" Team Player: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
