Our client, a renowned organisation in their industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Order Processor to join their team. As an Order Processor, you will be responsible for receiving and processing online and emailed orders using, ensuring accurate sorting, picking, packing, and timely despatch of devices to customers. You will also assist with maintaining a clean and safe working environment, as well as performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Receive and process online and emailed orders ensuring accurate sorting, picking, packing, and timely despatch of devices to customers.
Perform regular checks to ensure all orders are picked correctly.
Complete customer sales spreadsheets to maintain accurate records.
Prepare exhibition equipment and materials for collection and delivery.
Assist with maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Handle lightweight cartons manually.
Check for any damage or faults in goods.
Implement first in, first out stock control and conduct regular stock checks.
Assist with occasional Post Office and courier despatch duties, including collections from the office.
Handle customer inquiries by telephone or email.
Prepare and despatch sales support items.
Pack and despatch literature and samples to the field force and sales leads.
Assist with ad-hoc day-to-day administrative tasks as required.
Occasionally assist with the unloading of vehicles.
Check and put away supplier deliveries, informing the line manager of any shortages or damaged stock.

Requirements:

Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Reliable and dependable to meet deadlines consistently.
Strong literacy and numeracy skills for accurate record-keeping.
Detail-oriented and focused on maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to perform repetitive administrative tasks efficiently.
Comfortable working alone or with minimal supervision.
Physical fitness to meet the physical demands of the job.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Positive outlook and a team player attitude.
Flexibility and willingness to work on a variety of tasks.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Adherence to safety requirements and compliance with processes and procedures.
Keen eye for detail.
Content working in a quiet environment.

Skills:

Experience with Xero or similar accounting software is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
Must own a car and hold a valid full driving licence.
