About the role

We are seeking an Organisation Development Officer to join our friendly team to support a diverse VCFSE sector - building capacity, efficiency, and sustainability. With a focus on supporting established charities and social enterprises, the role will take a holistic approach - providing organisational development support. This will include supporting the VCFSE sector to develop robust business plans, appropriate governance, and supporting them to secure the necessary resources to operate successfully. You will achieve this, through delivering a range of training & events, designing & distributing resources and creating tailored support packages to meet varying needs.

You may have worked within or beyond the voluntary sector, have operational, general or project management experience, or be knowledgeable or have a keen interesting in learning more about governance, business planning, finance and fundraising. This role would suit a proactive person with a can-do attitude and appetite for learning. We are looking for someone who can communicate with a wide range of people with varying degrees of experience.
