Position: Part-Time Outreach Tutor
Location: Kettering
Pay Rate: Up to £160 per day (DOE)

About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Outreach Tutor to work with a teenage learner who has mental health needs and traits of autism. This rewarding role involves providing tailored educational support, fostering a positive learning environment, and helping the learner achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized tutoring sessions to a teenage learner.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the learner's individual needs and preferences.
  • Build a supportive and understanding relationship to promote engagement and progress.
  • Monitor and report on the learner's progress and well-being.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for helping young people with learning difficulties and mental health needs.
  • Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience working with children with mental health needs and learning difficulties is desired but not essential.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in your teaching approach.
