Outsourcing Director

Birmingham

Following a period of considerable growth my client is now seeking a Director to lead their outsourcing service line providing accounting services to a variety of clients. You will be an experienced individual currently working within an accountancy practice and have a track record of growing teams across different geographical locations.

This role is newly created so the individual will require strong business development skills with the ability to generate new clients and help market the firm in the local area. There is genuine fast track progression to Partner for the successful individual so strong leadership skills are required.

You will ideally be a qualified accountant with a background in accounting who may be looking to move into a business development focused role with an opportunity to create your own team.
