Description
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and deliver high-quality accounting and finance services
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Oversee and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
- Ensure all financial reports and records are accurate and compliant with relevant standards
- Identify opportunities for business growth and enhancements in service delivery
- Participate in business development initiatives and represent the company at networking events
- Address and resolve any client concerns promptly and professionally
- Stay abreast of latest industry trends and regulatory changes
Profile
A successful Outsourcing Manager should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a managerial role within an accounting and finance department
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory standards
- Excellent client service skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
