We are Mentor Education, a top London tuition agency that specialises in providing children with individualised teaching from experienced educators, inspiring them to unlock their potential. We take tutoring seriously and are dedicated to delivering a professional and personalised experience for all our tutors, parents, and students. We have had many accolades, including being featured as London’s top tuition agency by School Report and we also come highly commended in the Good Schools Guide.

As well as working with private families we are also committed to our communities and our outreach programmes include tuition for Grenfell survivors and volunteering at local schools to help disadvantaged students recover from Covid learning loss. We set up the Afghan College for Girls which, as a charity, educates hundreds of Afghan girls under the noses of the Taliban.

One of our subsidiary companies is called Varsity Scholars which is an established business which helps guide students through their Oxbridge journey from Year 9 onwards. This involves University and College selection and course selection. We match students with tutors who are experts in that course/university and the provide ongoing mentoring and support to ensure that the child develops their interest in the subject in a well rounded manner which goes beyond the curriculum. We run weekend courses and Oxbridge taster visits as a part of this. We then assist with UCAS application, assessment test preparation and interview preparation. As a part of this we also do extensive school outreach programmes in which we explain the Oxbridge entrance process to cohorts of children and/or their parents. Some of the leading schools in the country are clients of ours.

We require an Oxbridge Admissions' Advisor. We are looking for someone who has probably themselves been to Oxbridge and has been involved in encouraging and supporting people to apply. This work could have been done in a school environment, or with a charity or on behalf of an educational institution. You could have been involved in an outreach team while at university. We would take a new graduate who has relevant experience gained while at University.
