P/T 12 month maternity cover FOH for entrepreneurial investors, Tues - Thursday, EC1, start August

This is a 12 month maternity contract - Part Time, 8am - 5pm Tuesday to Thursday, starting mid to late August.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide a warm, courteous, and prompt welcome for all guests upon arrival.
  • Answer switchboard calls promptly and professionally and ensure all enquiries are directed accordingly.
  • Work with building management and the Office Manager to ensure office security and identify any gaps in guest procedures.
  • Maintain building guest procedures and notify ground floor reception of any expected guests
  • Manage requests for meeting room bookings and accurately process all enquiries.
  • Proactively manage complex meeting room calendars and ensure each meeting has the required technical setup.
  • Order & set up lunches for Board Meetings
  • Maintain a high standard in all front of house areas, including stocking the meeting rooms.
  • Handle and distribute mail.
  • Order office supplies and stock.
  • Book couriers and taxis.
  • Assist with event preparation, such as printing place cards and name badges.
  • Support our Shareholder Liaison Officer in answering basic shareholder enquiries or directing them to the appropriate person.
  • Support our investment teams with ad hoc/light monthly invoicing.
  • Support our EA team and the wider business with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
