Key responsibilities as the Accounts Payable Analyst will include:
- Handle the complete accounts payable process, including month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations.
- Accurately process accounts payable invoices and credits, meeting strict SLAs.
- Manage and execute payment runs.
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- Efficiently manage inboxes, ensuring timely resolution of queries.
The successful Accounts Payable Analyst will require:
- Proven experience in a accounts payable, preferably within a larger organisation.
- ERP systems experience.
- Analytical mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Spanish language skills are desirable but not essential .
