PA / Administration Assistant

We are looking to recruit an experienced PA to provide general and administrative support to the Company Directors. This is a brand new role so the position can really progress through the months taking on more responsibilities as the position dictates.
The ideal PA / Administrator would be proactive, flexible and adept at multi-tasking.
Responsibilities:
Dealing with correspondence and phone calls as required.
Organising meetings and appointments.
Booking and arranging travel and accommodation in the UK and abroad.
Organising and coordinating events both in the UK and abroad, including dealing with all attendees and following up on responses.
General administration as required.
Updating social media as required.
Supporting internal and external meetings by gathering information, preparing reports, agendas and minutes.
Ordering general office supplies, stationery, printed materials as required.
Strong IT skills; including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
Ability to communicate at all levels within and outside the organisation. Proactive with excellent attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Flexible with the ability to adapt to change, new practices and cope under pressure.
Hours - Monday to Friday (8.00am – 5.00pm)
Salary: Up to £38,000per annum negotiable depending on experience.
