Team Assistant in UHNW Family Office

Our client a well-known UHNW family with interests in fashion, property and philanthropic endeavours are seeking a Team Assistant to join them in their dynamic family office.

A vibrant, friendly and hardworking team so a great sense of humour is a must with a big smile and willingness to get stuck-in!

You will have experience in an office environment, family office experience would be ideal but experience of working at pace and top attention to detail are paramount . You will have a top work ethic and be ambitious to be successful as a top Personal Assistant in a private office long term. You will be of graduate caliber, be hands on, willing to support and be looking to make a long term commitment. You will be articulate and well presented as the role can be client facing at times.

You will be looking for an office based role 5 days per week and be able to commute with ease to the Bond Street area.

An incredibly varied role where you will support an incredible Operations team and an EA to one of the UHNW family members with assisting with booking travel, appointments, restaurants, diary management, errand running, document production, projects, events, personal support, liaison with household staff to property support!
