They are currently looking for a proactive and organized PA & Office Manager to join their vibrant team.

Role Overview:

The PA & Office Manager will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of their office and providing high-level support to their executive team. This role requires a proactive individual who can multitask effectively, with exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

This is based in their Oxford Circus office, with 1 day working from home per week.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Personal Assistant Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive PA support to the executive team, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the executive team, managing communication and filtering requests.

2. Office Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory levels and placing orders as necessary.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords, ensuring all office needs are met.

3. Administrative Support:

  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail handling.
  • Assist with the organization of company events, meetings, and team activities.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.

4. Financial Administration:

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices and managing petty cash.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
