PA / Team Administrator

• Monday to Friday based in Borehamwood (5pm finish on a Friday)

We are so excited to be working with a dynamic business in Borehamwood, who are looking to recruit a PA to become their "go to person" for anything administration related for their Head Office - with a specific focus of supporting their very Director.

If you have previous PA / Admin experience and want to work for a hands on SME that is growing - and like having fun whilst you work, then this role would be great for you.

The role will involve the following plus no doubt a bit more as time goes on:

• Liaising with clients
• Supporting the Director
• Managing diaries
• Arranging meetings
• Taking calls and emails from clients
• Organising national and International travel
• Organising and managing social events
• Atrending business critical meeting with the MD
• Running reports

Proactivity will be key to the candidate being successful, along with with someone who can genuinely add value and know how to make the Director's working life easier each day!

The team all love what they do and like to enjoy work as much as possible - so the successful candidate will have a similar work ethos and like to have "fun" at work whilst knowing where to draw the line and prioritisting.
