Our client is a Luxury Property company looking for a proactive and efficient PA to support two Directors with all aspects of admin support for a 12 month maternity cover.
The client offers stunning office based in the heart of the West End.
THE ROLE:
- Inbox management for two directors
- Extensive diary management, making sure they arrive to meetings on time and are well-prepared (pro-actively collating materials for meetings)
- Arranging and setting up internal/external meetings, room bookings, conference calls & video conference across multiple time zones
- Competently liaising with clients, contractors, agents, landlords and other internal departments
- Ever changing travel organisation including itineraries
- Creating presentation slides (PowerPoint), formatting documents (Word); creating spreadsheets (Excel)
THE PERSON:
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to efficiently multitask;
- Enthusiastic, dependable and willing team player.
- Maturity and professionalism to deal with incoming client calls;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent knowledge of Outlook;
- Excellent PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills;
