Our client is an ward winning Real Estate group based in North West London who are recruiting a diligent Personal Assistant to support one of their dynamic and entrepreneurial Directors. Based in state of the art offices in the leafy area of Hampstead, North West London, this position offers a great work environment working alongside a fabulous team.

Please note that this is a fully office based role, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.

Duties will include:

* Acting as first point of contact for Director
* Extensive diary management
* Email management, composing correspondence
* Coordinating international travel, accommodation and organising itineraries
* Compiling and preparing reports and correspondence for clients
* Drafting sales memorandums, property related documents and letters
* Assisting with project management
* Collating and submitting expenses

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant with strong IT skills to join a vibrant, growing company. Candidates applying should have a minimum of 3 years experience working as a Personal Assistant and should have ideally worked within the property/real estate sectors however this is not essential.
