Job title: Office Administrator

Job type: Permanent, full time

Location: East Lothian

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000

Reed Recruitment are working exclusively within the engineering sector who are looking to add a new office administrator to their hard working, driven and passionate team. The main purpose of this role is to support the office EA and the wider team with all aspects of administration.

So, what is required?

  • First point of contact for all clients, over the phone, in person and via email
  • Arranging complex itineraries
  • Assisting with project administration
  • Processing payments
  • Assisting with client contracts
  • Coordinating domestic and internal logistics including flights, transfers, accommodation etc
  • Scanning and filing sensitive documents
  • Assisting the EA with all aspects of administration required

And, who are we looking for?

  • Highly organised
  • Office experience
  • Computer literate
  • Confident using excel
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent spelling
  • Ability to manage own work load and can work to strict deadlines
  • A team player
  • Able to use initiative
  • A lover all animals!
