Salary: £25k+ DOE (Pro-rata)
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Hours: 5 days per week, 20 hours per week

The Key Duties of the PA

• To provide a full range of administrative support to the Directors and Engineers including formatting of reports, specifications and letters, printing documents to PDF and booking with travel and accommodation bookings.
• Arranging lunchtime training seminars and coordinating the provision of lunch
• Handling and transferring incoming calls and dealing with all customer enquiries, liaising with suppliers and other companies.
• Meeting and greeting clients.
