PA TO THE CEO AND TEAM OF A PROPERTY INVESTMENT COMPANY - £45K - £50K

This PA role is based within a really vibrant, privately-owned property firm, based in the West End. They have been established for many years and are at the top of their industry with an amazing reputation - they operate across the UK and Europe and are constantly expanding and taking on more ambitious projects.

This PA role is a lynch-pin co-ordinator role where you will be the central person, ensuring that the teams objectives are on track and reporting all updates back to the CEO

Main PA responsibilities include the following:-

  • Full diary management for the CEO
  • Arranging, coordinating and booking the CEO’s and team’s travel as well as travel itineraries if needed
  • Dealing with tasks when CEO’s travelling
  • Preparing and drafting letters / emails
  • Providing regular updates on any outstanding matters to CEO
  • Preparing agendas and obtaining all relevant papers for monthly board meetings
  • Taking minutes and transcribing/circulating for board meetings as well as internal project meetings and team meetings
  • Preparing PowerPoint Presentations
  • Compiling expenses claims
