Paid Media Executive | Permanent | 4 day working week (Onsite) | £28,000

We have a great opportunity for a Paid Media Executive. In particular we are looking for experience of Facebook Advertising, although you will be working across LinkedIn and Instagram also. You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising digital advertising campaigns to drive leads and achieve the marketing objectives set by the company. Working within a marketing team of 4, you will play a pivotal role in driving traffic, conversions and revenue while maximising ROI.

What you will be doing:

You will collaborate with the rest of the team to understand objectives and develop effective digital advertising strategies.
Conducting thorough research and analysis of target audiences, keywords and competitors to inform campaign planning.
You will set up, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Instagram.
Creating compelling ad copy and visuals to drive engagement and conversions.
Monitoring and adjusting campaign budgets, bids and targeting to meet performance goals.
Building reports for management, highlighting key performance metrics and recommendations.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for an individual that is passionate about driving growth through advertising. You will be a team player and confident in your ability. Proven experience in managing Facebook Advertising for a business is essential and the ability to analyse and interpret data for decision making is a must.

Another great point on this role - they work a 4 day week (Monday to Thursday) as an added bonus, if the role and opportunity wasn't enough.
