The work you do here is important and impactful and our client is proud of being the best as what they do. Their ideal candidate will have:

  • Expertise in Paid Search: Extensive experience managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Proficiency in Paid Social Campaigns: Deep knowledge of running paid social campaigns on Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Google Analytics Expertise: Strong experience with Google Analytics, including advanced features and reporting.
  • Exceptional Communication: Skilled in presenting to both clients and colleagues with clarity and confidence.
  • Data-Driven: Highly numerate with a track record of optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs.
  • Analytical and Creative: Passionate about analysing data, generating innovative ideas, and going above and beyond.
  • Eager to Grow: Enthusiastic about learning and advancing in your career.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Competent in using the MS Office suite to a professional standard.
  • Meta Blueprint Certification (Preferred): Certification in Meta Blueprint is desirable.
  • Experience with Google Campaign Manager 360 or Google Search Ads 360 (Preferred): Familiarity with these tools is a plus.

No two days working here will be the same, but generally you can expect to be responsible for:

  • Developing Campaigns: Crafting and executing comprehensive campaigns from scratch across all in-house marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) to ensure alignment with media plans.
  • Innovative Solutions: Spearheading the development of new products and solutions for clients, while also creating and refining processes for the team and broader company.
  • Channel Ownership: Possibility to take ownership of a specific channel and become its champion within the agency.
  • Business Development: Engaging in new business pitches and identifying upsell opportunities with existing clients.
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitoring, optimizing, and analysing campaign performance, and providing actionable recommendations for both ongoing and completed campaigns.
  • Google Analytics 4 Configuration: Setting up Google Analytics 4 accounts following best practices, including goal and event tracking.
  • Client Interaction: Leading client calls and meetings to provide feedback, discuss strategies, and deliver recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration: Sharing insights and optimisations and exploring new working methods within the Paid Media team.

Job Title: Paid Media Manager

Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 per annum

Location: Brighton (Hybrid, 3 days office and 2 days WFH)

Full Time: Monday - Friday
