Paid Media Specialist

Our client a Birmingham based digital agency are looking to expand their team of digital experts and appoint a Paid Media Specialist.

Are you ambitious and have a passion for digital marketing?

Do you have a minimum of 3 years as a Google and Meta Ads specialist in a digital marketing agency?

Day to day responsibilities -

• Develop and manage comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads

(Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) and social media platforms

(Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to ensure

maximum reach and engagement.

• Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that resonate with

target audiences.

• Optimise campaigns for peak performance, leveraging A/B testing, data

analysis, and industry best practices.

• Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and report results to

• Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in the paid media landscape.

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, design) to ensure

seamless campaign execution.

Do you have?

• Proven track record of success in managing Google Ads and social media ad

• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve a minimum ROAS of 4x for

Google Ads and Performance Max campaigns, and 5x for social media ad

• Strong understanding of campaign optimisation techniques, data analysis, and

reporting

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
