Proximity Recruitment are searching for a talented Paid Media Consultant (circa £45,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Benefits) for an exciting, high growth, paid media agency in the east midlands. With an opportunity to be involved from the start, achieve large bonuses and equity.

The role benefits from 100% remote working.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and managing campaigns in Google, Meta, Amazon and Microsoft.
  • Writing ad copy and briefing in ad creative where required.
  • Analysing performance in channel and also with Google Analytics.
  • Analysing broader behaviour and performance with tools such as Hotjar and Microsoft Clarity.
  • Forecasting performance and reporting.
  • Managing the balance between growth and profitability in-line with the client’s business goals.
  • Building the client relationship to ensure retention, reduce churn and increase partnership opportunities.
  • Working closely with the Founder & the team to advance the firm’s portfolio, client success and ambition mindset.

The successful Paid Media Consultant will be the 3rd addition to the team and will play a key part in the firm’s growth. With clients in a range of verticals specialising in Google Ads and Meta Ads your role will be to grow accounts, build relationships and help shape the business working closely with an ambitious MD.
