Analyse performance data and implement strategies to improve efficiency and scale results.
Produce daily and weekly reports with actionable insights to support decision-making and ad revenue growth.
Collaborate with senior marketing to test creatives and campaigns that boost brand awareness and revenue across platforms and product ranges.
Identify and scale new acquisition channels to support growth and profitability.
Stay up to date with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.
Drive full-funnel thinking to align paid strategy with wider brand and commercial goals.
Work closely with web teams to ensure a seamless journey from ad to conversion.
Profile
Experience in Paid Social
Proven track record of delivering successful paid social campaigns and achieving key performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CTR, CPA)
A flexible self-starter with a can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile to deliver results.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and present data-driven strategies.
