What You'll Do:

• Execute high-impact paid media campaigns - Work across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube to boost brand awareness and drive sales.
• Analyse and optimise performance - Track, measure, and refine campaigns to maximise ROI and engagement.
• Collaborate on creative ads - Work with content teams to develop eye-catching, high-performing ad creatives.
• Stay ahead of trends - Research new digital marketing tools and trends to keep campaigns fresh and innovative.
• Manage budgets efficiently - Ensure every penny of ad spend delivers maximum impact.
• Leverage Shopify and e-commerce insights - Use data-driven strategies to turn clicks into conversions.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ Year's experience in Social Media management
• 2+ Year's experience particularly in TikTok & Meta campaign management.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail/ Copywriting skills
• Creative & Data driven
• Test and learn mentality.
• Fast-paced environment experience
