Painter & Decorator

Location: Euston
Hours of Work: 08:30-17:30 Monday to Friday
Duration: 6 Weeks
Hourly rates: Competitive

Job Purpose

The Painter & Decorator will be required to provide painting and decorating services to the buildings which will include all areas. You will be working alongside a dedicated team and you will be responsible for the redecoration of the buildings including bedrooms, and communal areas, carrying out surveys and reporting back to your Manager/Supervisor with time scales and materials lists.

Day to day responsibilities
  • Decorating services within the buildings.
  • Survey jobs and notify your team leader of materials required.
  • Must be calm under pressure and always willing to help. Be consistent in terms of attitude, attendance, timekeeping, and workmanship.
  • Assist in monitoring practices to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Keeping a PDA up to date

  • Recent DBS check
  • C&G Level 2 in Painting & Decorating
