Job Title: CSCS Painter
Location: Cambridge

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary

Description:Hays Construction are working on behalf of a reputable contractor to recruit a CSCS Painter. They are growing faster than expected and need to expand their workforce. If you're passionate about creating high-quality finishes for both interior and exterior surfaces, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes.
  • Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes to various structures, including walls, ceilings, and furniture.
  • Mix and match colours to achieve the desired shades.
  • Ensure proper coverage and smooth application of paint.
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a painter.
  • Valid CSCS card.
  • Own tools and ideally transport.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
  • Excellent colour perception and matching skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
