Job Title: Painter / Sprayer
Location: Cambridge
Job Type: Full-Time/ Temporary
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.
  • Apply mist coatings using spray kits to achieve a smooth and even finish.
  • Mix and match paint colours to achieve the desired results.
  • Maintain and clean spray equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
  • Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a painter, specifically with spray kits.
  • Knowledge of mist coating techniques and best practices.
  • Ability to mix and match paint colours.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments.
  • A valid CSCS card is essential.
