About the Role:
Our Deleveraging and Lending Group (DLG) is seeking a Junior Analyst/Paralegal to join our team on a contract basis. Our team is renowned for offering traditional and creative financing solutions, helping a diverse range of clients across Europe execute their business strategies.
As a Junior Analyst/Paralegal, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and negotiating non-disclosure agreements.
- Reviewing and liaising with external counsel on reliance letters and other loan documentation.
- Assisting with loan closing processes (including KYC, invoices, and signing of documents) and liaising with internal constituents to ensure smooth execution.
- Assisting with the syndication process.
The ideal candidate will ideally have prior experience with legal firm or financial institution. However, we are open to recent graduates demonstrating the right work ethic and attitude.
