Paralegal (Litigation)

I would like to bring you attention to a firm who are currently seeking a Paralegal specialising in Litigation for a 6 month contract. This will be media litigation.

They will be looking for someone who has experience in:

- E-bundling

- Good understanding of data room

- Drafting and producing witness statements

- Strong attention to detail

About the role:

Specific

• To provide paralegal support to [supervising fee earners] including the drafting and production of witness statements and evidential work generally pertaining to (but not limited to) [caseload].
• To undertake all document management and filing on (but not limited to) [caseload] to Lexcel compliancy standards and in accordance with the firm's Office Instructions.
• To ensure that you have the equipment and working conditions needed to undertake an effective job, by drawing to the attention of your line manager any changes that will improve your effectiveness.

General

• To work as a team member with the fee earners and other support staff and to be available to assist in other departments as and when the need arises.
• Always to conduct himself/herself in the best interests of the firm and its clients and having particular regard to the maintenance of confidentiality.
