Role Overview:Manage a diverse caseload of fast-track personal injury cases through the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) portal from start to finish. Take responsibility for cases onboarded onto the MOJ portal, ensuring smooth transition and efficient handling from file transfer through to conclusion. Oversee all aspects of case management, addressing all necessary steps, requirements, and updates throughout the process. Handle multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring that legal and procedural guidelines are met within the required timeframes. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns at every stage of the process. Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure a seamless progression of cases, resolving any issues or roadblocks that may arise.
